Description
About me
I was born in the city of Salvador, state of Bahia, Brazil, in the year 1965. I am the fourth child of a family of six brothers. I grew up amid the mystifications, colors and historical richness that characterize and give personality to the city of Salvador. The city's great cultural wealth owes much to African culture reflected in religion, the plastic arts, music and cuisine. The fusion of European, African and Brazilian Indian cultures creates a cauldron of signs that allows an explosion of creativity. Dalvador is a city full of sunlight and it is very packed by the strength of the orixás that are present in the smell of palm oil that exudes from the trays of the Bahia, in the profusion of colors and in the axes of everyday life. for this reason my work receives great influence from this energy and richness of symbols.
Work / Education
I studied at the Pan American School of Art and Design based in São Paulo / Brazil, from 2009 to 2011, where I graduated with prominence. I am also self-taught and I try to develop new ways of expression. I was born on August 14, 1965 and I attended the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras from 1984 to 1987, where I graduated in Military Sciences, in 1995 I conclude the Masters in Military Sciences. Military life guaranteed me to associate them with the meticulousness I impose on my work today. In 2015 I retired and since then I have dedicated myself more to works of art.
