About me
My name is Cameron Holub and I am an artist from the rockford area. I make art that is most of the time abstract and expressive. I use dark and lights to make my picture more compelling and interesting. There are many colors in my drawing however i make sure that none or them are saturated to much. My artist styles reflects showing thoughts and emotions through color, value, and saturation to give subtle references to forms or subjects while not drawing them to forced.my subjects reveal their presence while working on the piece so I let the drawings guide my my actions while also relying on instinct to tell me when the drawing is done.
Work / Education
Associate of Art at Highland Community College, Associate of General Studies from Highland Community College. I worked as a student worker for 3 years while I attended Highland Community College. While working there I set up gallery exhibits. i prepared exhibts by painting pedestals and hanging art work to be displayed in the show.
