Description
About me
My motto is: you can lead an equine to water but you can't make him jetski.
Adventurous, reckless, modern philosopher, nature lover who lives and breathes art.
I have a book published titled Delusion Deception and sm working on another but that is slow going for I have so many other passions that demand my attention.
Poetry, drawing, painting, sculpture, gaming, origami, putting together a dilapidated mansion dollhouse and showering my loved ones with affection. My loved ones include a roti x, a snake, 5 rescue cats and my significant other the rock that keeps grounded and sane.
A firm believer in enjoying life to the max I always tell people that life is like a rollercoaster, you sit back hold on tight, enjoy the ride and hope you don't go off the rails.
That is what brings me her, I have everything that I need besides living my dream and all I want from life is to be able to make a living with art. So check out my work and help my dream become a reality!
As far as my personal life goes, I am a bit of loner and somewhat socially awkward, I do try to be friendly and make new friends but that circle remains a very small select few.
I love to make things that most would just buy from the supermarket and used to make my own toothpaste, shampoo and cleaning products, I would love to do so again and expand to make my exposure to harmful chemicals as minimal as possible. These days I make my own clay, and some of the paints that I use.
Work / Education
For a large portion of my working life I lived another one of my dreams which was working with animals. One always knows exactly where one stands with animals, they don't lie and pretend to like you and use you, they either live you, hate you or are indifferent to your very existence. Thankfully for me I seem to a way with animals and the vast majority of them love me which made working for the Animal welfare league such a blessing. There was nothing better than waking up in the morning and regardless if how life was treating me or what mood I was in the animals were always happy to see me and as soon as I was with them, they were the only things in life that mattered. Any problems that I was having in my life would be forgotten immediately and I would always go home happy to be alive and thanking the universe for letting me live that dream. For 8 years I called the animal welfare league my second home and I loved every second that I was there. Sadly though that dream had to end and I was told that I had grow up and get a career to please someone who quickly abandoned me the moment that things got too hard for him. But life goes on and that heartache really helped me pour my heart, soul and anguish into my art helping me become a better artist.
Asides from taking art class all throughout high school and a few months worth of short courses focusing on sculpture, painting/drawing, and two more on poetry and short stories, my art has been self taught and mostly trial and error.
I don't believe that art can be taught, technique can but true art comes from the heart and soul, which is something that no teacher despite how talented can teach.
