Description
About me
I live and work in South Korea.
My work explores the visualization of the invisible. The biological cell is my subject, understood as an unseen reality of one's own being. I draw and record a cell image everyday to capture the character of my constantly changing biological self.
I draw the cell diary to visualize of invisibleness. I use my whole senses to communicate with inside my body. How can we be exist? What is an evidence that we live now? Every time, when these questions emerged in my mind then I remind this sentence.
“To see a World in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour.” (William Blake, 1807)
