About me
I am a life long, self taught multi-medium artist.
I pride myself in my versatility, and have created thousands of works over the years.
I struggle with many mental issues, such as depression, social anxieties, and mild agoraphobia, but to keep my mind busy, I spend my time focusing on creating art. I am a huge advocate for the arts being a therapeutic tool for those who struggle with mental illnesses, for it has helped me so much over the years. I have a very wide range of mediums that stretch from both digital and traditional methods, including but not limited to; visual mediums such as drawing, painting, collaging, storyboarding, animation works, photo and videography, writing forms such as storytelling, poetry, and fictional journaling.
Art has always been a part of my life, it is my passion and it burns with an intensity inside my heart. It is my life.
My work has been described as melancholy, nostalgic, and dreamy, which are my exact intentions, as I use my art to express myself.
My major influences are Man Ray (who coincidentally I happily share a birthday with), Sylvia Plath, The Smiths, Hunter S. Thompson, and the various stylings of 80s and 90s media.
