About me
20 years old. Based in Vermont and on a perpetual search for happiness through creation.
My works are mostly digital with Procreate on iPad Pro or acrylic paint on canvas or paper. Although, I will definitely dabble in different methods as I find them and try my hand at them. I’ve always loved trying new things and I’m sure I’ll try quite a few more as time progresses.
I’ve had my works entered in a couple gallery shows, including a local one with many other great artists. I want to keep expanding my artistic abilities and learn new ones as well, and I hope to do so and document them through this account here. I also have an Instagram account just for my art, @sarahhoweart.
Work / Education
I’ve taken art classes like studio art and graphic design almost every year of high school, and for my first year of college I took a book making lab class and the philosophy of aesthetics.
When it comes to new techniques I am mostly self-taught. Things like Procreate, knitting, watercolor and acrylic are all skills I’ve learnt on my own.
