About me
Co is a 21 year old artist, who graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Advertising Arts. Through her experience in the field of advertising, she was able to learn how to develop insights and ideas that ultimately factor in her work process. Wherein observation and understanding the mindset of many is one of the things needed to accomplish in this field. In terms of her art, Co has a proclivity for themes that dwell on the brash truths of reality, as such the visuals used are obscure and abrasive, as this reflects the artist's views on herself.
The fallacies of life are depicted within the paintings, wherein the woes of love, lust and pain are represented by her portraits. Her creative process is heavily depended on the heart and mood that urges the drive to paint a picture of feeling. The materials for her art are unconventional and are not carefully planned, as the artist is a risk taker that sees art in everything from scratch papers, plastic and paint tubes and throws them on a canvas, in a fit of inspiration and desire. This amalgamation helps the audience to see the world through a lens of advocacies that the artist herself aims to adhere to. Ultimately, Co is an artist whose art isn't just seen but it is felt.
