This painting is from the series "the pending spaces". It talks about the areas in my life which I believe still need lots of work and growth. "Left ventricle" is named after the ventricle of the heart which is the thickest of the heart's chambers and is responsible to pump oxygenated blood to tissues all over the body. I use this analogy to portrait the need of love in every area of our lives.
