This series focuses on 'shakes'. Well at least in most parts :) Aimless, wavering lines give me the sense of freedom to let my pen do the 'talking'. Mixing it with definite detailed strokes show the dilemma that I often face as a person. The peaceful expression is not what I feel, but what I seek to feel.
About myself: I left behind art for many years due to work and circumstances. Leaving my home land for work, created a void and a sense of loneliness in a foreign land. I seek escapism, or rather expression through art. Most of my pieces reflect my state of feelings (less about state of mind) at that point in time. Many say it is (momentarily) a window into my soul. I love working on smaller pieces, containing my repetition of strokes; and the ability to complete something, encourages me to do more. I need that self-encouragement to perpetuate my pursuit for art. I do not want to ever leave it again. #BBuzzShowJakarta
