This piece is to depict animal cruelty, each object depicting an important issue in the animal kingdom.
The bunny itself signifies the fur industry, the lost paw is in effect from the bear trap that is used to capture the frightened animals. Rhino horns (on top of the head) are to show the pouchers that attack endangered animals for their horns or other attractive parts. The last important object (the raw fish) portrays the overfishing problem that are depleting the number of salmon and other fish in our ecosystem.
