Each day of my life makes me realise that beauty lies in simplicity. The rural life has always inspired my work.
Often, on village streets, one might see a group of women, probably friends, dressed up in coloured suits and salwars, their eyes outlined by the traditional Surma, as they giggle together on some silly comment made by one of them.
The older women often say that beauty is for the youth, but does it not lie in simplicity?
