The Birds The Bees and Me
Description
This piece was created to draw emphasis to the cyclic nature that stereotypes and ideas as a whole have. I am most concerned with the stereotyping of the LGBTQ community. I use the Birds and the Bees as a way to discuss sex within our society. It is very gender divided even though there are many people that do not conform to this platform. On top of that I want to emphasis the way negative ideas and stereotypes come back throughout time in different forms. There is always hate in the world and its always group B that is different from group A. That is why I use patterns and multiply my figure the way I have.
