This painting was inspired by the works of Yoskay Yamamoto and his unique whimsical qualities he communicates in his paintings. This painting was produced after I had taken a break from art after an art teacher had told me that I should stop pursuing art as I did not agree with her rigid ways of teachings. Painting this urges me to step out of the mould and have fun and remind myself the wonderful joy of dabbing paint on canvas.
