this is what half the stock exvhange looks like now ,making room for more kids dogs and families raised on wall st .....the future is here and its getting weird .(right now this site is well on its way to another massive collection of tiny cheaply built million dollar micro apartments .i will do an updated photo of this place soon)PACKEM IN NY!!!!build them high that's the only thing that will keep them dry in 15 years or less when the area will be an aquarium and people will be the stars of the show ,hope I'm watching from Utah or something,and laughing my ass off .

I took this in a hurry as there was debris falling from overhead and the wonderful smell of torched metal,I hated this at first bc I feel it is a far fetched depiction of the place but now I am happy with it ,it is not what I intended but it has its own feel and as a work of art it stands alone rather than a portrayal of actual demolition,also this part of the exchange is being gutted for .....take a guess????more apts available in NYC FOR OUTRAGEOUS PRICES ON BROAD ST ,why have families walking a dog and kids going to school in the financial district???bc friends the main exchange has its days numbered too right next door ,the conversion of NYC to a sort of massively expensive closed off suburb that the people who build,work hard and do skilled work that build this new town could never afford to live ..come to NYC !!!!!TO SERVE THE LORDS AND LADIES IN YOGA GEAR ...I smell the future and it's bleak and grey and one day bloody as the great separation period is going to be coming to an end soon.
