Beginning as a etching on zinc, I printed the plate as a proof but never took it any further as a etching, deciding to finish it as a watercolor.
The imagery comes from my interest in cartoon characters or imaginary creatures that come from meandering line drawing, and landscapes at night as a location for mysterious encounters to happen.
