‘Entre Mares’ (Between the seas - the design between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, at this time now) is a Northern California beach representation, where I've been many times, ‘drawing’ out from my memory this time, in Florianópolis, Brazil.

This is one of a series where the mapping of the line situates the countryside, generated by recent memory of something that remains beyond the seas. And as flashes, twinkle in this landscape of real clippings and images of places in a latent state. Among seas, it is noise expressed in this map that as the sea, it is always open to the infinite horizon.

In my paintings and drawings I present a unique artistic world that incarnates a kind of fantasy that lays the foundations for questioning.

For me, a kind of mythic consciousness is present in my imagery and poetic expression and can lead to a greater awareness of the psyche, the inner world, the unconscious.
