Meet Glitch Elf who likes to make glitchy flower crowns and hair accessories for everyone. Here you see he's made one for himself.
The small glitches you sometimes see in the reality and forget about are created by him. We might never know why he does that because he just nods and smiles. No one has heared him speak. Story being, he has a voice which keeps changing, embarrassing him deeply, someone once told me.
