It is the 7th episode from the project "Painting in Paris" and I could not miss this spot. Opéra Garnier or Grand Opéra is a sacral place for art lovers as it is home of opera in France with very beautiful architacture.
Opéra is disposed in the center of the intrersection , so it was not easy to find a place for painting. Underground entrance served me well for this purpose but it had a very uneven surface which made me nervous when some wind was blowing putting my painting into risk of falling on the people's heads (in the video you can see it)
The most rewarding part of this painting act is appraisal of children: they are my most honest art valuers😁
In spite of the wind, sun heating, traffic noise all around and crowd, I can state that exactly these make you concentrate on your artwork endowing it with special drive.
