I love the repetition of pointillism and the controlled values you can create with dots. I did this drawing while working in a tattoo shop, and was scorned for the amount of time it took to finish the piece. But I strongly believe fine art can not be rushed. It takes a lot of patience and hours of tedious work. I feel as if I could continue on forever with this piece- you can never have enough dots!!!
