This scene is based on my photo of our backyard and centers around an old water feature that stopped working long ago. The little boy continues to pour water and the girl dangles her foot in water that no longer flows They now reside in the garden surrounded by hostas, roses, and a hybrid sunflower watching the seasons pass.
Done in alkyd oil on a 16 x 20 x 5/8" canvas.
Sawtooth hanging hardware is installed. Comes with floater box frame shown in images, but can be hung with or without frame.
The painting is shipped in a U-Haul box designed for mirrors and art and is resistant to crushing. Styrofoam corners designed to center the canvas in the box and the canvas is bubble wrapped. Shipped via UPS and insured. Shipping is free inside the US and a flat 50 dollar charge for outside the US.
